How to Cancel a Broadcast/Email Blast
- Select “Reports” on the menu bar.
- Then, click on “Actions” button on far right of the piece that you wish to cancel.
- Select “Cancel Broadcast” from the drop-down menu.
Note: You can cancel a broadcast anytime provided that you made the cancellation prior to the actual date and time of the blast.
