How to Set Up Auto-Populated Email Links for Contact Us Buttons or Text

If you want to set up a "Contact Us" button or text link that automatically fills in the subject line and body of an email when clicked, follow the steps below. This ensures that when customers reach out, their emails are pre-filled with specific information, making communication smoother and more efficient.

1. Highlight the Text:

   • Highlight the text you want to link and click the Link icon in the toolbar.
     
     
     

2. Configure the Link:

   • In the pop-up, go to the Link Info tab.
   • Set the Link Type to “E-mail.”
   • Enter your E-mail Address, preferred Message Subject, and Message Body fields.
   • Click OK to confirm.
